Payments and Insurance

We accept personal check, money order, cash, and credit cards. We are also direct providers for the EMA scholarship program, which will pay for intensive therapy sessions. We do not bill private insurance or Medicaid for intensive therapy. However, many families are successful in obtaining reimbursement for a part of the intensive therapy cost through their insurance company.

Prices

The price of a three-week session is $9,000. This includes 20 hours per week of direct physical therapy. Because we value giving each client our full attention, we accept a small number of patients per 3-week period. Patients who require a modified intensive session will be charged a pro-rated amount.

*Sessions marked with an asterisk include a holiday during which therapy will be cancelled. These sessions are reduced by $600.

We offer a discount for multiple intensive therapy sessions that are booked and attended in one calendar year (January through December).

Multiple Intensive Therapy Session Discount*:

Price of 1st session = $9000

Price of 2nd session = $8,500

Price of 3rd session = $8,000

Price of 4th session = $7,500

*Will only be applied if multiple sessions booked in one calendar year (January through December). Will only be applied towards a full intensive therapy session. Modified sessions that are less than 4 hours/day for 3 weeks will not receive a discount.

Please note that all invoices paid with a credit card will incur a 3% convenience fee.

Deposit

A $2000 deposit is required to reserve a space in a session. Placement will not be reserved until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due prior to the beginning of the session. 

If the remaining balance is not paid in full prior to the session, the deposit will be credited toward any available session. The deposit is non-refundable and expires one calendar year after receipt.
